RETURN TERMS

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to receive returns on products that have been used. This would present a health concern and disallow us from selling these products as 'new.' We will, however, receive returns on products that are in a new, unused condition.

RETURN POLICY

Product(s) must be returned to us within ten (21) calendar days of purchase date. Product(s) must be accompanied by a Product Return Form.
Product(s) returned for any reason other than the product(s) being defective, damaged during shipping or erroneously-shipped will:
Be shipped at the customer's expense. Incur a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. Be eligible for store credit or credit card refund (minus any applicable restocking fee).
Please note that we will not refund any shipping, handling or insurance charges.
